Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · August 1, 2026
What we collect
Flight checks: the flight number and date you look up, and the analysis produced — no personal information at all.
Early-access signups: your email address and which page you signed up from.
Claim kits: what you enter to build one — name(s) as on the booking, booking reference, email, the facts of the disruption, and any denial text or expense notes you paste. We deliberately collect the minimum a claim needs: no payment card numbers (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card), no passport numbers, no health details.
Why we collect it
To assemble your documents, deliver your kit at its private link, track claim deadlines, respond to support and refund requests, and understand aggregate product usage (counts, not profiles). We rely on your consent, given when you submit each form. We do not sell personal information, run advertising trackers, or use your data to train anything.
Where it lives
Kit and signup data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in Canada (Central region). The website runs on Vercel’s network. Payments are handled by Stripe. Each provider processes only what its role requires.
How long we keep it
Flight-check records (no personal data) are kept indefinitely as product data. Kits are kept so your case file stays available to you — a claim can take months — and are deleted on your request. Early-access emails are kept until launch outreach ends or you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Email info@anchorape.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to ask how it’s been used. We answer under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If we ever experience a breach creating a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
